Im a seriously fat 33 year old white guy..so no, not as of yet I quit smoking late last year and I am now trying to get psyched for fat loss! wish my big ass luck..

(as a person who gained a lot of weight in college and then lost [most] of it - i think the most important thing is just to get into a routine of regular activity/exercise - i really got back into hiking in the mountains, and then started going to a gym for some stair-climbing or treadmill - nothing too strenuous, just starting to get in the habit of physical activity - - - add to this a controlled but realistic diet (including some healthier snacks during those hungry periods) and it can all work). congrats on quitting smoking - a great step!! |
I dont go to the gym as such but up till a few months ago, i'd been doing various martial arts for the last 13 years.
Have been doin kickboxing for the last two. S'cool cos you can get fit and enjoy beating your mates up at the same time. P |
I used to hit the Gym 6 days a week. I even did for a while after I turned 21. Now I just lift the beer to my face. I really need to get back into it though, I'm starting to get a beer gut.
