basket case is terrible stay away from basket case

basket case is a very good low budget film, made by one of the more interesting directors in the genre.

no its not its terrible. I watch low budget all the time and most of my fav. are low budget but basket case has no good qualities to it. Its absoloutly terrible. You cant eve begin to realize how much i hate this movie

For the time and budget "basket case" is fun and bilial is a creepy little character!!!!:D

no hes a crappy little character. And dont talk about time and budget Cormans stuff was good and most of it was shot in less then a week with lees then 1000 dollar budget

Agreed! After the first one, the others are really basically for laughs... at least, for me they were. The remake was decent and for those who haven't seen the original, I can see how some would run their mouth and say it's better than the original, but it most definately isn't.

It was very much the teen movie, whereas the original has survived for almost thirty years and is considered one of the best horror movies ever made. I think the big budget ruined the film and definately lessened the whole point.

I have a thread that talks about the same shit. An since everyone talks about Evil Dead as being really good, I saw it. I thought it was a peice of shit. I basically only like Halloween an NOTLD series.
