I think so too.

The Man With No Name Is Back...The Man In Black Is Waiting! As If One Wasn't Enough...As If Death Needed A Double! --- FOR A FEW DOLLARS MORE

I'm wondering if it shouldn't be "As If One Weren't Enough," subjunctive mood and all.::confused::

I really like the tagline for The Babadook:

"If it's in a word, or it's in a look, you can't get rid of... the Babadook."

vampyd1977 12-11-2014 12:57 PM

The Thing (1982)
"Man is the warmest place to hide."

The Fly (1986)
"Be afraid. Be very afraid."

House (1986)
"Ding dong. You're dead."

Hellraiser (1987)
"He'll tear your soul apart."

and my personal favorite from one of my all time fave films....
they live (1988)
"You see them on the street. You watch them on TV. You might even vote for one this fall. You think they're people just like you. You're wrong. Dead wrong."

I forgot about those. They're amazing too.

As one who hasn't seen the film, I have no idea what that tagline even means. Can't say it's memorable or catchy. Doesn't make want to see the film. Just my opinion; might serve the folks who saw it better.

Those are quite good. Especially for The Thing. I wasn't even aware of that tagline, and it's a classic tagline.

I think it just sounds cool. I'm still not completely sure what it means either :P
