I'd like to see one done in Victorian London - lots of stiff upper lip, Gentlemen's club and a Professeur Moriarty type doing Herbert West inspired experiments (maybe make it a steam punk cross over).

You could make the English upper crust regard the undead pretty much the same as the proletariat (ie a damn nucance). Lots of afternoon tea and big game hunting.

A commercial kitchen. Lots of Zombie killing tools, but also lots of dangers to the humans.

that would be a pure gore fest :D
