i am 21 and i ahve been watching horror movies since i was 10 and i am well adjusted i do things like go out w/ friends. i am not out on a killing spree or anything so i don't think horror is bad for your health

I am 29 and have been watching horror since I was a kid and have never heard anyone I know, family or friends say horror is bad for you! It's all make believe anyway. I think my parents knew I was always well adjusted as I grew up watching The Waltons too!!!!!!!!!

They say Serial Killers are generally not horror movie fans. The more famous killers have been obsessors of such things as Disney Movies and Return Of The Jedi which I think was Gacey and Dhamer.

I think that, to get kill someone from seein a movie, you've got to bet sick in the from the start.
Like they say i Scream1:
"Movie's don't create monsters! It only makes them more creative!"

I´m watching Horror Movies since I´m 4 or 5, I never thought about killing somenbody the way like one of the Horror Guys do, for me Horror is just a nice Thing to watch and have Fun, but I know what you mean, my Mum also don´t understand why I love to watch those Movies.

It just pisses me off that people would think I would really hurt somone just because of the movies. I love blood and guts but not real blood and guts just fake stuff. I think i'm pretty normal I just show a deep intrest in horror movies and I'm not a violent guy what so ever.

Sounds like my dad. I live in a family of archConservatives, and I am completely Liberal (to use contemporary terms). Everything, to them, that I do is rooted in some sort of Southern Baptist evil.

I don't give a damn, though.

Charles Manson was set off by the song "Helter Skelter" by the Beatles. What the fuck? I've heard that song and I just can't see it.

I remember watching horror movies with my dad and he'd always laugh at scary parts, I'd always get mad and tell him to shut up. He definately doesn't think the same way as the people you know.
