Artists will need to know the subject matter of each letter, ahead of time, to prepare the work. Also size requirements and formatting.

yeah do you guys want to give us a general idea of what you want or are you giving us the subject and leaving it up to us? I dont know what would be better for festered or whoever else is doing art, but I think giving us guidelines and then the ability to put our own spin on it would be cool.

I generally give artists free reign when I work with them, but we can tailor it to yhou.

So basically, if you were doing the main picture for A, I would say:

Hey, MM, we need a pic to represent A. The name of the volume is Aaaargh! We need an A in the top left corner and the word Aaaargh! prominently worked into the picture. The rest is up to you.

As far as lists go, email us as many as you'd like. All subjects that you think deserve an article & start with the letter A can be emailed to [email protected].

We want ANYTHING you can think of that you think might belong. The more, the better. Since we have no real set cap, you could get everything on your list in.

I can't remember if you gave me an answer when I asked, can the art be hand drawn then scanned? When it comes to good artwork I'm good with a pencil, bad with a mouse.
