Not gonna lie, I'm mildly excited to put up my Christmas decorations since this is the first year I have my own place...but I'll try and hold out at least until Thanksgiving's over.

Thats cute i cant wait to get my own place. I live in a crappy apartment where i cant put anything up on the walls so no pretty christmas stuff :(.

Oh that sucks...my complex doesn't care as long as we cover up any holes in the wall and fix and marks or scratches by the time we move out.

At my place we pretty much got stern warnings that we will be kicked out if the walls are ruined in anyway.

My boyfriend's old apartment in New York was like that. Some landlords just suck at life.

Yea i think this one has hatred for women my friend told me he had like 3 wives and they all left him for better men lol.

Isn't there some eviction process they have to go through? Around here it can be a long process to get someone evicted, and sometimes the landlord won't be successful. Although my building will do it if someone is noisy or makes a mess of the townhouse.
They let us paint our own colors or wallpaper, as long as we undo it before we move out.
