Mhmm. I believe they do. All kinds of nuts too. Fresh nuts! Stale nuts! Crunchy nuts! Salty nuts! Sweet nuts! Mixed nuts! For goodness sakes, you can even get your nuts cracked!.....or at least so I've been told. :D

actually - i know the ones you're talking about - but the ones they call beernuts up here arent salty - its a dark reddish thin candy coating ..

We have something similiar. It has a red candy coating and is sweet. It's called Boston Baked Beans. (Although it's not a bean)

Oddly enough, that sounds like boston baked beans to me...Nuts with dark reddish-brown candy coating like you described

I have seen those, but they don't really have them around here much - and I think I've seen some packaged refer to them as "boston baked beans" too - is this what the chief and Frank were eating in the car in The Naked Gun?

Here, what we call a beer-nut is just a salted peanut with the red "skin" left on...they're other than that, the same.

no - those were pistachios ... thus the big pile of shells beside the car ... some are dyed red
