How in God's name did I forget about that one? One of the coolest slasher movies EVER, not just of the last few years.

The Descent it is then. it takes the prize and asks the question, why did we get Doomsday as a follow up?

It seems that the most popular recent horror films are either torture porn or horror/comedy. Feast is freaking hilarious.

This is the first time I really saw this one mentioned. I thought it was pretty good, but it definitely had the potential to be a whole lot better. What did you think?

i was disappointed in Behind the Mask - but i just watched Funny Games, which i thought was great!

I was disappointed in Funny Games, I thought a few of the little moments were just too much. I was especially disappointed with the remote scene because it really seemed like an unnecessary addition to a movie trying to make a point about violence in cinema and the voyeuristic "thrill" some people get from it. I'll watch it again, but I was expecting so much more from the hype.

So had either of you, Zero or Despare seen the Origanal?
