I picked up a fangoria recently and saw a photo strikingly similar to the one with the two guys and the fake head in the middle. Did they use your picture?

My right shoulder and right elbow have been giving me a lot of grief - so much so that i've learned how to hit with my left arm now .. but i'd rather stay active with some pain, then do nothing comfortably.

Did you try out the physiotherapy session you referred to back then? I still think it would have helped immensely. And you are right about the arm...even with the pain, you HAVE to keep it mobile. Otherwise the muscles will weaken out and cause more problems.

You do need to consult a physio as soon as possible.

also became seriously lactose intolerant araound a year ago. i was sick for 3 months - thought i was dying or something - until i ran out of milk for my cereal one morning and was instantly better ... weird.

Hmm...you sticking to your diet or gone through some drastic changes? If you stay away from the milk and related products such as cheese and you are fine, you need to stick to that. Rice and potatoes are a no-no too.

It could be either viral or genetic. A test of the intestines is in order.

I guess i can add to this already.

Just got back from Chris Rock.

Laughed until my eyes watered.

his opening act was good too (cant remember the guys name)

if you havent seen Rock live - make every effort to do so - he's worth every dime.

i'd like to see chris rock, definitely.

i saw seinfeld last year and was really funny (if you're into that sort of humor).
he told a bunch of new jokes, which was nice.

Chris Rock was a ball of energy - his delivery is unbelievable - like a machine.

and this was his second performance in a row - he did 2 shows a night for 2 nights .. we saw the last show of the 4.

i dont think i've ever seen a movie performance of his i liked ... either he's just not suited for the big screen or he's alwas miscast.

but his stand up is second to none

well, no one living - i know Zwoti will drop the Bill Hicks bomb on me if i dont make that disclaimer

Nice to hear from you old man! I haven't been around much myself in the last year....too busy. Great news about your son, I bet he was happy bulg'in the ol onion bag scoring that first goal :D I bet you're missing baseball with spring training heating up, I know I am. Mentally we could play for ever, physically it's not gonna happen.....glad to have you back.

holy crap - never thought i'd see you again :)

re. baseball - i didn't play last year for the first time in many years. we were going to have a busy summer and i was a little tired of having that commitment on a sunday. i'm not playing this year either - i'm going to concentrate on beach volleyball ... mens 4's on Tues nights and mixed 4's on Wed. it's a way better workout for me anyway.,

but i kind of miss baseball a bit..
