Regardless of age, (especially NOT for high school aged kids) why would living with your parents make you a loser? My Fiance and I lived with my parents for a number of years. My mom had an injury and needed help, so we did most of the shopping, cooking, etc. Yes, I was in my mid twenties and living with my parents....What would that really have to do with being a loser?

I'm 21, I live at home with my parents (not in the basement, ground level in an actual room). I don't have a 'job' job, but I get paid to do work in and around the house because nobody else can. I don't have a car, but I almost always have access to one and will be getting one upon graduating college so I see no reason to buy one. Am I a loser? No. Because instead of living on campus and sharing a dorm and probably having a bathroom shared with multiple rooms, I have free room, board, privacy in the bathroom, food (not in the bathroom), a place for my stuff and for the filming equipment, and I'm in driving distance of all my cast and crew in case a film project comes up. All on the basis of maintaining a certain GPA. I don't have a 'job' job because I don't need one and am in a position to where I can pick a part time job if one that interests me comes along. I don't think knowing a good thing when I see it makes me a loser.

Sounds fine to me. Screw jobs. I'm 30 and my vow to never have a "real" job (I made it when I was 18) is still holding strong. Fuck work.
