Wonderful news.

I know that once you announce a pregnancy EVERYONE has advice and tips and well-wishes, and that can get a little oppressive at times. Take what everyone says (including your ob/gyn) with a grain of salt.

And my little suggestion, don't find out the sex of your child in advance. Life has so few truly happy surprises - and this is a big one. :D We didn't do sonagrams or any early medical tests on our two kids simply because there are so many false positives that only add the the stress of an understandably stressful time.

Best of luck!

Yeah, here's a little right now :)

Get some SLEEP...Get all the sleep you can NOW...Stock up well...Because once the baby gets here, you won't be getting ANY (sleep, or much of anything ELSE  ) for about 2 years!

Oh, but this is SOOO exciting....Congratulations!!!!

Posher...I don't think I want to name my kid after medication. But all the same, thanks for the suggestion!;)

Phalanx...thank you for luck and the "get well card", haha. I see why you changed to word to Cervix, but in all honestly I'm sure they'll both need shaping up...as well as the rest of my body:( :o These are scary things to think about.

Rod... I've had a few people tell me I should wait to find out what "it" is, but I don't know if I can! I'm so impatient, I already wanna know! I understand I'd be missing out on the whole "it's a boy/girl" thing as soon as it...well, comes out...but I think it'd be just as nice of a surprise to find out early. But still, I'm not sure what I'm going to do there. And yeah, I also already understand why you didn't have any tests done. After reading and talking to my OB/GYN about "possible risks" I freak out about every little thing. I don't even know if I can go get a damn pedicure! On top of that it's not fun. I had to have 7 viles of blood taken at once last week. No one should have to HEAR their blood drain out of them *cringes".

BR...I think I like your advice the best:p I have been SOOOO sleepy lately, but it's nice because I have been sleeping better than I ever have in my entire life. The problem is that's about ALL I do. I don't seem to have any energy...but they say that comes back in the second trimester.

Anyways, thank YOU ALL very much, it all means a lot to me. It IS very exciting:D
