what cd writing software do you have? easy-cd, nero or xp burning?

kick that off, select the file to burn and "write cd"

xp has burning software built in.


double click my computer then double click on your cdrw
copy the file into this window
in the common tasks pane (lhs) you should have the option to write these files to cd. this will kick off the burning wizard

when i double click the cd it plays it in windows media player.

then... i tried to copy the file onto the cd, and it said the files are read only or something...

Tools - Internet Options, then delete all cookies and that. Your Internet folder is probably just very full up.

folder (in IE) will overwrite when it becomes full

deleting cookies will help with stopping ad-ware

Thanks guys, especially zwoti- I figured out a really easy solution that slipped my dumb ass mind. I just needed to get on the guest account on my vista comp, and download it, then transfer it to my account. I didn't think that internet would work on it, but it does. Haha. But thanks for spending time on me anyway.
