I usually get about 6 hours of sleep on week days since I have to get up to go to work, but I usually catch up over the week end with 9-10 hours of sleep.

I generally get 8, and it is never enough.

On school nights, anywhere between 7 and 9 hours.
On weekends, anywhere between 9 and 12 hours, but rarely at the higher end of the scale. |
usually 6 1/2 hours. Midnight to 6:30
Weekends it more like 71/2 or even 8 hours, but I feel lethargic if I get any more sleep. |
not much....i went to bed at half 5 last night...but usually bout half 2 -3ish til half 7

Honestly, that depends on the day I've had. There are days where I feel exhausted, and there are days I feel refreshed. It all boils down to how busy my day has been, and my state of mind.

my body clock is all out of whack..
i will sleep somewhere between 3 hours a night.. wake up at all hours in the am..usually always at 1.30 am .. leave offlines..then go back to bed for another 2 hours.. alarm wakes me at 5.30 am ..n thats me till i go to bed again.. OR..untill i hear a certain voice tone...then em out like a light |
It varies for me...anywhere from 5-9 hours. i need at least 7 or 8 though.

Most nights I will get 6 to 7, but about one night a week I will not sleep at all due to work.
