hell no - i hate that extreme stuff ..

(i downloaded that particular movie as a VCD years ago and thankfully heard about it before i watched it - thank god)

i will say though that it certainly does dictate what i do watch..

i've been killing myself to find things that are kid safe but still interest/amuse the adults .. and holy shit - its getting harder every time we sit down.

and i've made some big mistakes - things i've forgotten about .. language..etc.

anyone remember the VERY last scene of They Live ?

kid friendly until the last 15 seconds .. then .. oops

I'm absolutely a film fanatic, all genres from silent to DV. And a horror movie fanatic! Ity is my favorite genre followed closely by crime films and samurai flicks.

And at least 75% of everyone I know feels the same way. Friends, family, coworkers they all love film & music & literature.

i live in a culturally devoid bedroom community and i only know one guy at work who digs movies the way i do ..

hard to watch a movie when you're doing 360's on a snowmobile at 60mph

where the fuck do you live, the yukon?

I buy shit loads of horror and b movies. I have a decent amount of action, comedy and drama but I rarely buy them anymore.

no - just outside of toronto ... but i'm not a kid anymore ..
its not where you live its how far along in life you are and you dont
see a lot of 'horror guys' in the corporate world.

if i was in highschool or working in a record store in the mall i'd probably meet all kinds of people who just watch movies ... living in the basement of their parents house.
