I've seen quite a few that were unintentionally comical, just because the special effects were so horrible/lame

Two funny kill scenes come to mind quick as a flash:

- The scene in 'Jason Takes Manhattan' where Jason punches a kid's head clean off his neck, no mess, perfect slice. Good one Jason, ya' big ugly dumbfuck.

- The scene in 'A Clockwork Orange' where Alex beats a woman to death with a giant penis sculpture is absolutely classic, in a disturbing way. But very funny.

the zombie in 28 days later who runs onto a land mine and bounces off a 2nd one before being splattered all over the soldiers.
