I never put on weight growing up, but once i got a cushy desk job 3 years ago, i was still single, and didnt chaneg any of my habits.
Lots of fast food is horrible, but if you work in a wood shop, it doesnt show. Now, sitting at a computer all day.. it has nowhere to go. i gained 20 lbs in 3 months when i started this job. im fuckin hungry too. im dieing to have a sandwich but alas, no bread. that and im having sandwiches for dinner tonight and snadwiches twice a day just doesnt seem right. they make some kick ass french bread at the vons here, but u gotta get it fresh. so i hafto get a loaf every cople of days. i feel like a retard swiping credit card for $1.19.
so.. just now i had 3 cookies and some iced tea. YUM. anyways im trying to eat better ya know, im down 5 more lb just 10 more to go. then from there anothr..40 LOL :D Vod.. u think ur gonna gain or lose during this marriage? i always wondered about that shit ya know, cuz i really dont wanna let myself go after im married LOL. then again, ur the man so it doesnt matter nearly as much :P B. |
Im actually not really losing or gaining, just gettingleaner, which i guess means that im losing fat but gaining muscle, which is fine by me :)
Of course, i did have the whopper meal like i said. And I'd do it again! |

South Beach Diet lost 26 lbs in last month and a half, treadmill and freeweights. Weight doesnt matter IMO only percentage of body fat, my goal 6-8 % its tuff but it can be done.
Of course after all that I gave myself a break and went and had deep dish pizza last week. It was Elysium. |
