Nice pics! I'm glad someone started posting their decorations. I have some pics on digital camera, but I need to go and get them developed then scan them. I lost the cable that connects the camera to my computer, dammit.

You're inflatable black-cat-on-a-pumpkin is better than mine. Mine doesn't light up. Damn you. And I never could get into the cobwebs. They're too messy. But yours look great!

Who else is decorated, and what have you got?

I've added to my house since I last posted about my decor. I have a row of light up skulls on one side of the patio, and a row of light up pumpkins on the other side. I have a big witch windsock on one side, and a big Frankenstein windsock on the other. I have lights around the columns supporting the patio's roof, and a variety of monsters hanging in the shrubbery that grows across the front of the house. I have a light up zombie coming out the flowerbed, with a light up tombstone behind his head. I also have an inflatable pumpkin with a cat on it (which I already mentioned earlier), and some blood dripping from the window. Got a light up spider, jack-o-lantern, and owl in the windows ... and a Halloween door-panel on the screen door. Got some jack-o-lanterns growing on the tips of one of my bushes (looks like fruiting jack-o-lanterns), and a tombstone/jack-o-lantern stake sign that says: "Go back, now!"

I got a cool picture of it all lit up with a full moon glowing over the back of the house ... but I need to get the film developed, goddammit.

Well, I live in a small apartment, with limited room outside, but this is what we have:

We have all of the shrubbery covered in cobwebs, 2 foot tall rats in the bushes, set to look like they are climbing out, a Happy Fright Night sign on a stick, a black cat stuck on a stick, a Jack O Lantern scarecrow stuck on a stick, all of those stuck into the dirt, a black cat windsock on one side of the door, a hanging frankenstien guy on the other side hanging, on the windowsills all the way across there are those small baby pumpkins six in total, both of the front windows outlined in jack o lantern lights, one window with a blinking pumpkin light, the other has a blinking ghost, stuck in the center, the back window has a huge light up moon with a black cat put in it, a witch taped to the wall between the back windows (above ground) one of those flat witches, looks like she flew into the wall, two jack o lanterns, one fake blue plastic jack o lantern on the steps coming up to the door, a huge panel on the front door with ghosts, jack o lanterns, etc, home made tombstones outside lining the grass, the largest saying Happy Anniversery (We got married on Halloween), inside the house there are rats and spiders all over the tables and shelves, another fake plastic jack o lantern this one is green, a vampire doll hanging from the ceiling, small orange plastic jack o lanterns all over, candles, our wedding cake topper, my wedding boquet on display- it's black roses, a skull with dancing black roses, plays the death march, all of our scary movies out on display currently, and one large banner across the ceiling "Happy Halloween"...

....... And we're not done yet. :p

Halloween is our Christmas... :p

Quite literally. And our wedding anniversery, so we go all out.

Vodstok 10-13-2004 08:30 AM

We got married on the 3rd (this year!), so its halloweeny, without actually being on halloween.

An odd bit of trivia, we found out last night that our anniversary will be on Sigfreid's birthday (of sigfreid and roy fame). :D

Ninja Moo 10-13-2004 08:35 AM

That's pretty neat!

We got married last year, in Vegas. (Where Sigfried's act is, conspiracy I say). The Grim Reaper married us in a graveyard.. ah .. hell here's the pics.
