The only film to feature 4 kings of horror- Price, Karloff, Lorre & Rathbone! I love it!

http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/...500_AA300_.jpg Two very identical films (even the beginnings are similar) make a great double-bill to introduce my wife to the world of Poe, Corman & Price. Worst fears have come true. She wants more... |
Haha... that's great! Certainly House of Usher was a great masterpiece. Those Richard Matheson scriots weren't pure Poe by any means, but they had true style and real psychological force. Corman's Poe movies are some of the greatest horror films of all time.

Metropolis on TCM INCREDIBLE!

I love Tomb of Ligeia. Price is so haunted in that film. One of his finest performances, IMO.
