I would honestly say that seems the most logical rather than any crazy cockamamie religious story. I mean I feel like outside these black holes exist something that in our world would exist in a petri dish. Rather than there being one God or even a few what if it is an entire race of beings with the population the size of what our population is? It's really trippy to think about but if you look at the cycle of things, it does make sense. And who is to say they aren't Spec's in someone else's microscope?

Just like we can look under a microscope and see super small organisms, what if we are being looked at under a microscope right now by some sort of superior beings which I guess to us would be considered gods?

I'm not a expert on blackholes, but try to keep up the research a bit. Last I heard most astrophysicists still think blackholes don't go anywhere, besides a theoretical singularity, which is very compacted matter with a great gravitational pull. It doesn't reflect light, that's the 'hole', a metaphorical hole, it's a black spot.

I'm not saying it can't be going somewhere, another dimension, but that's really a wormhole, which is in science fiction, but I'm not aware of any evidence for that. But to your other point, being observed, I think so.

Morningriser 11-09-2018 12:58 PM

Have any of you seen The Langoliers? They were devouring everything and wiping it from existence. That's what black holes do, they suck everything in and it no longer exists. There have even been reports that some scientists have created black holes here in research Labs but I don't know. It seems like if they did it would just keep growing beyond their control and devour us all. If black holes go nowhere then where does all of this energy go?

As I understand it, the mass/energy goes to the center and stays there. The black hole is a sphere, at the center is the singularity.

Here's a youtube video that explains it:

Morningriser 11-09-2018 01:53 PM

Nice video! As vast as it is, space is something we will never truly understand.

LuvablePsycho 11-09-2018 05:54 PM

I wonder if space really is endless?

Morningriser 11-09-2018 05:57 PM

The universe is always growing so probably not unless you find a way to break the dimensional barrier and enter a whole other Universe all together.

I've wondered that too. I remember thinking about that when I was a kid and it made me dizzy. ::big grin::

In a way, how could space not go on forever? It's the absence of matter. Matter in finite, we tend to think. But empty space? Of course now there's the concept of dark matter filling what we thought was empty outer space, but that's based on "missing mass/energy" calculations. Can't there be empty space beyond the reaches of the earliest photons? Why shouldn't there be nothingness beyond photoned-outer space?

Lol I once had a similar experience. I was walking home from my grandfather's house and had to cut through a Walmart parking lot and next thing I know this weird woman walks up to me. I used to have a metal necklace shaped like a nude woman and this lady was looking at my necklace and said something about being the woman in my necklace. ::stick out tongue::

Really I was pretty much confused about the break up. Our relationship was perfect. Shit, I don't think we even ever had an argument. All I know is I get back home late from work. 8:00 p.m. as a matter of fact. 3am to 8pm, God I hope that never happens again.
I get back late she texts me and I quote:

1: *** I need to talk to you, now.
2: Okay, what's up wolf?
1: I need to talk to on your house phone. I have to tell you this in words.
1: ****** I am in bed. I'm tired. I've got to get up at 4 and mom and dad are in the living room watching tv where the only house phone is and I am sure as hell not going to interrupt them. It's not like we're breaking up are we?
2: (thumbs up)
1: What?
2: Oh shoot ignore that. That was an accident.
1: Oh, thank God my heart raced for a moment there.
2: Oh it raced for a reason.
1: .....
1: Damn it, drop the cloak and dagger and tell me. You're killing me here.
2: I can't drop the dagger that's what hurts.

And we go back and forth for about 10 minutes
And finally get her to say what I already knew the answer too.

2: i want you to understand I still love you with all my heart, but can't be in a relationship with you anymore.::roll eyes::

Back and forth some more
I convince her to think about what she is doing. Dumb move cost me a nights sleep. She thinks aboutit . At 4:30

1: I've made my decision. I can't be with you anymore good bye.

Aaaand that was it.
It was so awkward and abrupt that I still don't have any idea what the heckland happened. I was a gentleman to her. I treated her well, hell I never cursed in front of her not even a damn.
It's so weird our last date was 2 days before and we were happy and having a good time watching horror movies, going for walks and all.
I don't know. Damn I didn't even cry at our break up I was so befuddled. I was hurt yes, but mostly confused
I feel like hank hills here.

Sorry to hear you had such a shitty Friday dude. :(

If it's any consolation mine wasn't too good either. I found out my amonia levels are too high and they are going to lower another one of my Bipolar meds and it has me worried. :(

Actually not all of us. I've never dated or been in a relationship. I'd like to be someday but it just hasn't happened yet. ::embarrassment::

Did you guys know that even though she gets a lot of the credit for ruining the Godfather 3, Sofia Coppola wasn't even meant to play Michael Corleone's daughter? I forget her name but she was the star of the show my sister Sam back in the 80s. She was killed by an obsessed fan and Sofia Coppola was an emergency last-minute replacement. There is some trivia for you fucks ::big grin::

I saw a show about that case on I.D. ::smile::

Morningriser 11-12-2018 10:11 AM

So did I. They said that role would have made her a huge star. It is so sad how far some people take their obsessions when they claim to be in love with these people.

Stalkers are very scary and dangerous and unfortunetly when you work in showbusiness you attract a lot of them. ::sad::

I heard it was supposed to be Winona Ryder, but, she couldn't do it. And that's why she's in Bram Stoker's Dracula, to make up to Coppola for not being able to do Godfather 3.

*EDIT
Had to look it up. From IMDB:
Dropped out of The Godfather: Part III (1990). She said in an interview later that year that she arrived in Rome to film and simply could not get out of bed. A Doctor was called and ordered her to return home and sleep.

Morningriser 11-13-2018 10:00 AM

Well I am confused then. I watch the same thing on ID that psycho did and they never actually said what character the girl was supposed to play but they said it was supposed to make her a huge star so considering the only major female role in the movie for someone her age would have been Michael's daughter. I mean she had already been cast but maybe Winona Ryder was supposed to be her replacement and then since she got sick Sofia Coppola took over.

veled to Los Angeles a third time and, after locating Schaeffer's apartment, roamed the neighborhood asking passersby if Schaeffer actually lived there.[4]*Certain that the address was correct, he approached the porch and rang the doorbell.[15]*Schaeffer, who was preparing for an audition for a role in*The Godfather Part III*and expecting a script to be delivered, answered the door.[16][17]Bardo showed Schaeffer a letter and autograph she had previously sent him and, after a short conversation,[18]*Schaeffer asked Bardo not to come back to her home again. He then went to a local diner nearby and had breakfast.[4]*An hour later, Bardo returned to Schaeffer's apartment for a second time.[15]*Schaeffer answered the door again with "a cold look on her face," Bardo later said.[8]*Bardo pulled out a gun from a brown paper bag and shot her in the chest at*point-blank range*in the doorway of her apartment building.[19]*Schaeffer screamed and collapsed in her doorway bleeding as Bardo fled. A neighbor phoned*paramedics, who arrived to transport her to*Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Schaeffer was pronounced dead thirty minutes after her arrival.
From wiki Rebecca Schaeffer.

Morningriser 11-13-2018 11:37 AM

Oh okay I get it now. On the ID show they actually said she got the role so that's why I was confused.

LuvablePsycho 11-13-2018 11:52 AM

ID doesn't always get their facts right about murders just so you know. ::wink:: I mean their shows are more about entertainment than being actual crime documentaries.

Morningriser 11-13-2018 12:09 PM

But I really don't understand how saying she got the role rather than say she was preparing to audition for the role would change things. According to them the obsessed fan came to her house earlier that day and got an autograph from her butt she was busy and didn't really like the idea of him being there so she sent him away and then he came back later that day and shot her. That's what the show on ID said.

LuvablePsycho 11-13-2018 12:19 PM

You know an ID show I really like? Deadly Women. Or as I like to call it "Psycho Bitches From Hell!" ::danger::

Morningriser 11-13-2018 12:31 PM

Deadly Women is pretty cool. Sometimes they have gotten pretty hardcore. My favorites are Web of Lies and your worst nightmare.

I was just thinking it's interesting how in that episode about the actress getting killed, they used John Lennon's death as an example of celebrity stalkers killing the celebrities they idolize. Just like Mark David Chapman dead, by approaching Lennon earlier in the day and asking for an autograph, which he received, that is exactly how the actresses killer acted. I hate to keep referring to her as the actress but I can't remember her name.

Morningriser 11-13-2018 12:44 PM

See no evil is another good one I forgot about where they use surveillance cameras to solve cases. At the end of the month there is going to be a new show called body cam where they show dangerous situations cops were in where they caught it on camera. That should be pretty nice as well.

LuvablePsycho 11-13-2018 12:59 PM

One I really liked is The Homicide Hunter. I bet Joe Kenda is a cool guy in real life who knows his shit.

Morningriser 11-13-2018 01:25 PM

Yeah that's a good one but I feel like he's holding back a lot. You can't tell me all that time working for homicide in Colorado Springs he never killed anyone. He has never talked about killing anyone on the show. It could be a mental block or just something he prefers not to talk about. When I was in college I took a criminal justice class which was taught by a former Sergeant or Lieutenant, I can't remember, from Cincinnati. The very first thing on the first day he said after introducing himself was to not ask him if he ever killed anyone. But even then aside from killing, I still feel like he's holding back some pretty juicy stories. For example, he works for the Colorado Springs Police Department and the whole black klansman incident takes place in Colorado Springs around the time he would have been a rookie. I would love to hear his account of that.

Killing a person isn't exactly something to be proud of so I can understand why a lot of cops don't like to talk about it. Plus cops see some pretty fucked up things on a daily basis like babies getting killed because mothers decided to hold them up as human shields against violent boyfriends. I bet he has seen some really awful things that he doesn't feel comfortable talking about and I don't blame him.

I feel kind of sorry for cops. It's a very thankless job and you put yourself at risk every day trying to protect the peace and people really seem to hate cops.

Morningriser 11-13-2018 02:04 PM

I respect the cops who do their jobs right but otherwise, the corrupt ones get absolutely no sympathy from me.
