It's definately one of the coolest packaged boxsets around.... Too bad it's for such a suck-ass series though...

Damn, I forgot about region 2, 3, etc, I guess I'll just get 1, and 3, and 4 on dvd, but I don't think number 2 is on dvd.

Oh, but we LOVE the Phantasms...And I am SOOO jealous of those who can play region 2...Dammit

Phantasm II is not available on Region 1 DVDs...and the problem with releasing a box set of all 4 movies in it is that different studios own the sequels of Phantasm.

There was some talk about the director of the movie, Don Coscarelli, releasing a Region 1 box-set of all 4 movies sometime in 2005, but those rumors died down, quite possibly because Coscarelli didnt get the green signal from all the studios involved.

Oh well...I have them ALL on VHS...So, I'm not really TOO worried about it
