So to embed a video, you have to do this:

Then I just take everything goes after the "v=" part, so "UjB5X4wrYsE"
and I put it in-between tags like this (obviously without spaces):
[ youtube ] UjB5X4wrYsE [ /youtube]
And then it's done:
