@Mictlantechutli Your right I would do it if I seen starwar freaks oops..... I mean geaks :p

I walked up to a house to get candy(BTW what is this bullshit about you are too old to get candy..luckily my parents never told me that)and the woman opened the door and there was this 3 year old, he started crying when he saw me:p.

I had a friend who knew it was me under that mask but he was still scared shitless:)

My oldest sis saw Halloween ressurection with her bf in America and she said these guys came intogether but one sat in the row infront. She thought this was weird but ignored it. Halfway through, a woman screamed and my sister turned. One of the guys had got up wearing a myers costume, the other started playing the theme on his mini tape player and the guy in the costume had one of those knives that goes into the handle and was stabbing the other guy who had let off a blood pouch. He pretended to be dead and the michael guy walked out to thundering appluase. I wish I was there!

Zombie's Halloween...disappoints!

Yes I have seen it last night. Dont ask how and where...

And many of you might be queueing in front of your local theaters in a couple days time...so I wont spoil it for you. Its fairly obvious to assume that Zombie's earlier offerings will have an effect on the remake...and thats how it is. Its like watching The Devil's Rejects, with Michael's storyline thrown in. The script and dialogues are virtually the same...and that is not the only downer for Zombie's offering.

There's almost no suspense or foreboding...Michael is basically a terminator-esque unstoppable killing machine...the body count is very high...and the background built up by Zombie for Michael is...a huge letdown. Which brings forth the pretty obvious question (and the casting of Tyler Mane into the limelight) - how could Michael become so big and strong while spending 15 years in a padded up cell?

The movie lacks one big factor the original had - atmosphere. There is NONE of that here. I wont go in any further...most of you will see it and then form your own conclusions...as for me, even when being a huge gorehound...Zombie's Halloween doesnt click it, even with the gracious gore.

Now to catch James Wan's Death Sentence come Friday...

I'm jealous that you've got to watch it already! I'm looking forward to this film, and thanks for not letting any spoilers ruin it for us!

I've got sneak preview passes for Thursday night.
___V___, I hope our opinions differ, but you're usually spot on. ;)
What a bummer. I had high hopes for this film. :(

Well, this sucks......pretty much what I was expecting though, to be honest. But we had planned to see this with a few friends while we visiting my family in Georgia next week. The only remake I had planned on spending any money to go see. Pffft......:(

This is indeed a bad start. I was expecting so much from this film.
I will give this a viewing though, just for Michael Myers.

I won't be seeing this in theatres, if at all. My predictions were pretty much exactly as V described; I don't need to waste $10 to see them for myself.
