Actually you should try rolling a (beef)roast in cocoa then sear it, and then bake it, also try the same with a swordfish steak but grill it afterwards. No lie, its pretty good.

Ewww...I think I'll pass...BTW, I like my swordfish grilled and swimming in a LOT of melted garlic butter, with button mushrooms...MMMM...I can't imagine it EVER being any better than THAT
