Hehe...this is just another 'surprising/fun or brutal' side of this sort of thing. If you expect the most deserved ones would easily going to at least make a spot on the final then my friend, there is a chance to get disappoint. This thing happened with me plenty of times in many earlier games. May be everyone or high number of voters still (somehow) hasn't seen your most deserving film(s). Even people's perception/decision of voting sometime changes on a last minute depending various of factors...some are funny & some are sensible. Like in sports, not always the best team wins a tournament or a league. Take it in a funny way, at least you tried from your side for your 'deserved/favorite' film/team to win and that's the main thing as you gave your valuable vote or support for them throughout the tourney.:)
And you should know by now that I almost always quit these tourneys at some point.

I can see why people would be upset that Son of Frankenstein lost but Day of the Dead stands up there with Dawn for me and Son... well, it just didn't compare as well with Bride.
