STILL want that. Even though I've got close to half of what it offers, it's still a good deal.
How much did you pay?

Dammmmn, I'm getting that soon for sure.

Posher778 04-29-2008 03:35 PM

I think the actual price was 20$ (I have that rewards card thing). But still. 12 discs of old school can't be worthless.

Geddy 04-29-2008 03:45 PM

-300.
-Planet Terror.

Posher778 04-29-2008 05:15 PM

The "Chilling Classics" one isn't that great though...

First one I watched from that set, too.

Atom Age Vampire up next? That one's pretty fun...not really memorable and I dont think I could tell you anything about it, but I remember enjoying it.

I'll probably watch Creature From the Haunted Sea, just because... you know, ocean theme and all. Even though I heard it was terrible.

There are a few on there that kind of blend together for me, but if thats the one that I'm thinking of its friggin' hilarious. Mostly intentional comedy too, surprisingly enough.

I looked it up...Creature From the Haunted Sea is definitely the one I was thinking of.

Probably not what you're looking for or expecting, but IMO it's one of the most fun movies in the set. Phantom from 10,000 Leagues is probably more what you're looking for...its not horrible, but it's not overly great either.

Nice.

Have you seen it before? If not, I'd suggest muting it for the first minute or two...the damn opening narration gives away the whole story.

Curiosity.

Personally, I can't imagine buying it if I'd seen it already. Incredible movie, but I doubt I'll ever watch it again.

Same here. I'll probably watch it sometime just because. But it's definitely a tough one to sit through.
