More of a thriller but still pretty gory, violent while still maintaining a good story.

I'm watching the first season of Hellgirl right now. This one started out great, got a little boring and repetitive, but seems to be picking up steam with a real plot now. Could be a great series as time goes on and really worth watching for any horror fan.
