That was...pretty fun...loved the practical effects.

I believe I’ve seen him in 1 movie where he was normal. But then again, I think he was just a side character, so that doesn’t really count.

He was at least somewhat calm as "Weyoun" on DS9...still a prick though...
Though yeah, everything I've seen him in...let's see, I bet if I looked on imdb it would be that, either "crazy guy" or "background guy" of some kind in every role.

The Guyver is the movie I was thinking of, I think.

GOODNIGHT MOMMY (2015). Twin Boys living in a very sterile house await the return of their Mother . She shows up swathed in bandages and different behavior and the Boys begin to wonder if She is really their Mother or an imposter.
Pretty good and downright creepy in several places. ***
