Definitely the T-X Terminatrix for me. I am actually one of the few fans of the third Terminator movie. I really enjoyed it.

As I passionately hate those Transformers movies too (mainly the 2 sequels), so by default my vote goes for Kronos, which I haven't seen yet!::embarrassment::
