The Graduate

Up there as one of my favorite dramas. The fact that Dustin Hoffman is in it certainly helps, considering all his movies are up there with my "top something-or-another".

I love how normal and calm the mood is. The actors all portray such wonderfully normal human beings; Human beings who make mistakes, sin, and forgive.

Finished Wicker Man.

Agreed with Alky, a fantastic film. Wonderful ending, great acting as well.

So, how do we think Hollywood is going to bastardize the ending?

That's cool. I watched ROBOCOP earlier this week and caight myself calling it a classic.

Must stop quoting Robocop on a daily basis.

One of my favorites as a child. Terry Gilliam is a great director with such imagination. I remember Sean Connery being in this movie, am I right?

Im thinking the same.

Even if they dont change the ending (a longshot, I know) I really dont think Nick could pull off those final scenes. He's a decent actor, but I dont think he's right for this part at all.

Oh well, Im planning to go see the remake this weekend with some friends. Hopefully they wont screw up too badly...

Masters of Horror: Jenifer 7/10 - Definitely one of the gorier of the series. Do not watch this while you are eating dinner, or if you are squemish. I was expecting more from the story. I was left wanting more answers, like where was she from, whho raised as a child, who were her parents, how does she get these men to fall for her, things like that.

Masters of Horror: Deer Woman 8.5/10 - I laughed a lot through this episode. I love the humor John Landis uses in his movies, such as in An American Werewolf in London. There is even a reference to the movie in this episode. The girl, Cinthia Moura, who played the Deer Woman is very, very easy on the eyes. My only problem with the movie was that it seemed like they ran out of time and ended the movie too abruptly. A good watch nontheless.
