I just watched "Castle of Blood" with Barbara Steele and found it to be kind of creepy! In the 70's I saw a color remake of this film called "Web of the Spider," and I was looking for that one too because it scared me back then; but this original version is pretty good. Nice, fucked up haunted house movie.

You said the 'f' word:eek:
That's the second time I ever saw a posting from you with that word, It's time for the soap Mister;) JK

I watched the Jimmy Neutron movie or hour long show or somesuch thing...It was engrossing and had very helpful hints about what to do when Experiments of Utmost Magnitude fail.
I give it 4 stars

Was it the Jimmy Neutron with the giant alien chicken?
I love that movie.

I just watched The Sixth Sense. I had to, because Haley Joel Osmont got arrested for drunk driving and possession of narcotics. It put an entertaining light on a scary movie.
Bad Haley Joe. Bad.

Same old, same old with the acting..interesting deaths(although a couple were lame imo..I guess it was alright, little bit below average.

Hero. One of the most visually beautiful movies I've seen in years. There is nothing I don't like about this movie. The story is excellent, the martial arts and imagery is perfect, and the end brings a tear to my eye.
It's pretty close to perfect, IMO.

Visually beautiful, hell yes.

Story, hmm..

But the long wire fighting sequenzes seriously ruined this movie for me. I really HATE that kind of stuff.

I like watching people flying around and fighting upside down.
But I bet it's REALLY uncomfortable to film.:p
I liked all the twists in the story, and the way different scenarios were played out, with the colors changing for each scenario. The last statement of Nameless, "the ultimate act of a true warrior is to lay down his sword"....well, that really struck a nerve with me. It's a noble sentiment, and I've always had a weak spot for nobility.
