Thanks to that "Chiller" channel...the last show I watched was "Tales From the Crypt"...well, a cut version of it anyways.

CSI... watched the first two episodes of the new season. First where they deal with the death of Warwick. That was very emotional. I love that series for its tight ensemble cast, and it was hard watching the end of a great character.

I hadn't watched that show in awhile, and that pulled me right back in. The bastards. :( I actually really liked him, though when I first started watching it was pretty much just because of William Petersen.

All the characters on that show have very detailed well drawn backstories. All the CSI work keeps the show interesting but like any great narrative, it's the relationships between the characters that provide the bedrock of the show.

The new twist on "Merlin".
It's not a bad show...nothing great...

Watched some "chuck" which doesn't seem as good as the first series, I'm on the edge of not bothering with this one anymore.

The Mothman 10-23-2008 08:01 PM

PPV: UFC: I can't believe Cote's leg gave out like that, I have the same problem and it doesn't just "get better" unfortunately. You can strengthen the muscles around the knee all you want but if he tore a ligament it's surgery time.

It's amazing to see the amount of weight that they lose. But then, when you're in a place where that's ALL you're doing....heck, everybody would lose copious amounts of weight. I'm proud of the ones that keep it off! Not all of them do. And I LOVE Bob and Jillian - they both crack me up.

Not to derail this thread, but when this show first started, I watched a coupla episodes, I thought it was one of those new funny game shows and was pleasantly surprised.
And that Jillian, man o man.
But I think that makes the best trainer, someone that will kick your ass but you know they love you and want the best for you.

Meh, I don't think people care if we hijack the thread! :D

I know, I LOVE Jillian! If I was a lesbian, I'd go for her in a big way! :D

"Merlin"...it's kinda crappy, but still manages to be entertaining and funny at times. I don't see it going past a season though...it's done well in the midst of all the Arthur freaks who piss allover it for being slightly different.
