lildojo and the Hulk. If during the scuffle, he is bitten by Dracula, he only ends up turning into a vampire Hulk which even Gene Hackman could not defeat, unless he channeled information to Popeye through his Lex Luthor persona regarding how to build some sort of Gamma enhanced sunlight beam. But, this would still take too long to stop the Hulk.
