What do you do if your Mint and Lily bracelet arrives damaged?

I was so hyped for my new Mint and Lily bracelet, but when it showed up, the clasp was broken. Total bummer. I reached out to mint and lily customer support, and they were super quick to respond. They sent me a replacement, no questions asked. Honestly, their customer service kind of saved the day, but I hope this doesn’t become a trend with their stuff.
