What do you do if a PayPal refund doesn’t show up?

Hi! I was waiting on a PayPal refund, but it wasn’t showing in my account. I checked the transaction history, and it was marked as completed. Confused, I contacted paypal customer support, and they explained it might take a couple of business days to reflect depending on my bank. Turns out, it was on my bank’s end, not PayPal. At least now I know who to follow up with.
